This is an outstanding facility. It is secure. The lockers are clean and dry. There are two elevators (one of which is suitable for large items). Access is available 24/7. So, all of the basics are covered. But this an outstanding facility, and that's because of the staff. In the 3 years I used their service, I can honestly say every staff member has been polite, friendly, enthsiastic and helpful. They have English capability that is more than adequate (and some are quite fluent). They will regularly go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. The staff are so good, it's actually a pleasurable experience going to the storage facility. 5 stars. 10/10.

Awesome facility. I got a huge lockbox for 1 month for approx 1k Baht to store my luggage’s when I was traveling around Thailand. I can highly recommend this place.

This place is great solution if you wanna keep stuffs in a place in Bangkok for short term or long term. We kept all of our household stuffs in there after leaving our condo and going for a long vacation out of Thailand. They have different storage size and the rent is based on the storage size. They also have flexible payment option which is really convenient for everyone.

Nice storage place. They have a great system that makes everything more safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially the girl named Nuna. She explained everything in very detail and helped a lot. Thank you.

Rented a locker to leave our baggage in for a month. Very nice clean facilities, and friendly staff!

Used it to store our luggage whilst we explored the islands, super efficient, amazing staff!

Reception staff is unbelievably kind and makes the experience of renting very easy.

Perfect. 24/h access. Air conditioning. Lift (have to provide code to ride it), English speaking staff when the office is opened, wide variety of lockers, lockers are very big for a good price (e.g 700 baht per month). Toilet on location as well. A desk with a power outlet. You cna buy a lock there as well if you don't have your own. There is a guard too. Not too far from the MRT. I recommended and definitely will use it again. It's everything you need really.

The customer service is always helpful, and the storage units, lift, location (depends on where you're coming from, of course...), climate control, hand carts/racks are all top notch. And pricing is decent too, in relation to what you get!

I highly recommend this place. I used it for a year to store my furniture before moving from Thailand. Very clean, air conditioned and truly excellent and fast communication and service. Khun Napasorn was particularly helpful and way to work with.

Came here to store my suitcase for a couple of months while traveling around. Really impressed with the customer service and 24/7 availability of the storage lockers. Reasonably priced

Excellent service.. Very prompt response every time. I was out of country for few months & every time I had to renew, they would promptly remind me before the due date. Accessing the facility is super easy any time, any day. Super Happy & Satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend 👍

Excellent location, reasonable pricing, and exceptionally friendly staff. The standout feature is the full 24/7 air conditioning and anytime pick-up service. I couldn't envision a safer place in Pattaya.

Great service. Totally recommend. All my things were safe and came back to me in perfect state. There was no problem at all with extension too, while I was abroad. Thank you a lot 🙏

Stored our things for 2 months, everything was fine and we retrieved them without a problem. The staff was super helpful and nice and they spoke good English. The price is OK, have found a cheaper place, but this one seemed more well-maintained. Be prepared to buy a lock for your locker, otherwise, it will be left open (although there are cameras everywhere). You can also purchase some carton boxes there if you need any.

What can I say? Probably one of the few good things to come out of my experience in Thailand. After falling on hard times and having to go back to the UK penniless, I was stuck with how I would get my life in a suitcase safely back. The wonderful staff at this storage place couldn't have been more helpful with everything thoughout what was a very stressful situation. They kept my possessions safe and were very accommodating and helped me get them shipped back to the UK. 5 stars all round and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Storage facility that also offers short term storage options. You can leave one piece of luggage during the day for 100 Baht. The place closes at 18.00.
